JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience background: At least 3 years of full-time work experience in the US catering industry, with successful cases of operating mainstream catering brands;
  • Those with independent preparation or management experience in the entire process of restaurant opening (site selection, decoration, team building, marketing promotion, etc.) are preferred.
  • Business-level proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) and English are required, as the role involves frequent communication across time zones with both English and Chinese speaking teams and stakeholders.
  • We are looking for candidates who are results-oriented, resilient under pressure, and demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset and innovative thinking, and identification with catering culture.

Responsibilities
  • Strategic planning and execution: Formulate US market expansion strategies with brand owners and investors, including brand positioning, market positioning, and operation model design, and promote the first store landing and subsequent chain layout.
  • Store preparation and operation: Lead the first store site selection, store staff recruitment, license processing, supply chain construction, cost control, and opening preparation, formulate standardized operation procedures, and ensure the smooth opening of the store and continued profitability.
  • Market analysis and resource integration: In-depth research on the dynamics of the US catering market, competitive product trends, and consumer needs, integrate local suppliers, partners, and government resources, and optimize operation strategies.
  • Compliance: Familiar with the laws and regulations of the US catering industry to avoid legal and regulatory risks in the early stages of brand implementation
