REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience as a restaurant or cafeteria manager in the UAE
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Solid understanding of food safety regulations in the UAE
  • Proven ability to manage staff and operations in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working in multi-cuisine restaurant operations is a plus
  • Candidates with a valid UAE visa may apply

UB Restaurant, located in DIFC, is looking for a skilled and experienced Restaurant/Cafeteria Manager to lead its daily operations. The restaurant offers a variety of regional and international dishes and aims to deliver excellent food and service quality to its customers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee daily operations of the restaurant/cafeteria
  • Lead, train, and supervise the service team
  • Ensure high standards of food safety, hygiene, and customer service
  • Manage inventory, supplier relationships, and procurement
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues professionally
  • Prepare reports on sales, staff performance, and general operations
