Apt Resources is seeking a skilled and motivated Restaurant Captain to manage front-of-house operations at a prestigious dining establishment in Dubai. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional who excels in delivering exceptional service and maintaining high standards in a vibrant, multicultural environment. As the Restaurant Captain, you will be responsible for supervising the service team, ensuring smooth dining experiences, and maintaining effective communication between the kitchen and front-of-house staff. You will play a vital role in elevating customer satisfaction and supporting operational excellence. Responsibilities Lead and supervise front-of-house staff to provide outstanding guest service. Manage seating arrangements and reservations efficiently to optimize dining flow. Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and tact. Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and accurate service. Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and safety in the dining area. Train and mentor team members to adhere to service protocols and company policies. Monitor inventory related to service items and communicate needs to management. Prepare regular reports on service performance and guest satisfaction. Proven experience as a Restaurant Captain or similar supervisory role in the hospitality industry. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Excellent knowledge of food and beverage service standards. Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional communication skills in English; additional language skills are a plus. Flexible availability to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Familiarity with Dubai’s hospitality standards and multicultural guest expectations is preferred. Hospitality-related certification or degree is advantageous. As per the market standards
