Key Responsibilities: · Welcome and farewell guests warmly, addressing inquiries and special requests. · Supervise and motivate the team with a hands-on approach, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and efficiently. · Oversee restaurant settings, service sequence, and pre-meal briefings, keeping staff informed about updates and specials. · Ensure accuracy of guest checks and assist with payments as required. · Foster positive relationships with guests and team members while maintaining professionalism and service excellence. · Implement on-the-job training and uphold departmental standards. · Perform additional duties as assigned by the F&B department. Requirements: · Excellent command of Greek and English; additional languages are a plus. · Degree in Hospitality or Tourism preferred. · Strong knowledge of food and beverage service, with basic understanding of food safety and hygiene (HACCP principles preferred). · Proficiency in POS systems and MS Office. · Minimum 2 years’ experience as Restaurant Captain in a 5-star hotel. · Hands-on, flexible, and positive approach, with excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
