JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions accurately, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Experience:

• 2years: 1 year (Required

• Greet customers and assist them with their inquiries
• Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions with precision
• Scan goods and ensure pricing is accurate
• Process exchanges and returns in accordance with company policies
• Maintain a clean and tidy checkout area
• Promote products through effective product demonstrations

• Communicate effectively with customers to ensure satisfaction

• Supervise junior cashiers when necessary

• Qualifications

• Proficient in basic math for cash handling and transactions- Ability to operate a POS system and handle various payment types- Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members- proficiency is a plus- Knowledge of retail math for accurate transactions- Ability to sell products through effective demonstrations- Experience in handling cash registers efficiently
