Responsibilities:
We are now looking for a talented Chef to join a restaurant team in the heart of Sogndal City Center, Norway. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to work in a modern, dynamic kitchen while exploring Norway’s picturesque landscapes.
As a Chef, you will:
- Prepare and present high-quality dishes in accordance with the restaurant’s standards.
- Contribute to menu planning and daily operations in a professional kitchen.
- Take care of stock and inventory management, ensuring efficient use of ingredients and maintaining supplies.
- Handle preparation tasks before service, including organizing mise en place and coordinating with the kitchen team.
