OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Consultant to join our team. EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in instructional design, curriculum development, and training delivery within the hospitality or restaurant sector.
  • Strong knowledge of human resources practices including employee relations, HR sourcing, and performance management.
  • Proficiency in using tools such as Adobe Captivate, SharePoint, HRIS systems, and other learning technologies.
  • Excellent communication skills with a demonstrated ability in public speaking and presentation skills.
  • Experience in program design, classroom instruction, technical writing, and mentoring is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with data collection methods for evaluating training effectiveness is preferred.
