QUALIFICATIONS

  • At least 6 months of kitchen experience in a quick service restaurant or similar food prep setting
  • Accuracy and speed in executing tasks
  • Following directions and instructions promptly and accurately
  • Exhibits effective verbal communication skills

  • Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices

ABOUT THE ROLE

At Wonder, we want to make world-class food within reach, no matter where you live. As a Line Cook, you are a key part of that by creating delicious food for our customers, while getting to work with various cuisines from menus created by our famous Michelin-starred and Celebrity Chefs.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Cook food items according to recipes and Wonder standards
  • Assist in maintaining and setting up kitchen stations
  • Keep the kitchen neat, clean, and orderly
  • Ensure proper food labeling and storage, following Food Safety and Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) guidelines
  • Perform inventory checks and logging, ensure accuracy in inventory control by scanning items in and out
  • Monitor and ensure food is within temperature standards
  • Operate efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Other duties as assigned
