Responsibilities

  • Operate POS systems such as Aloha and Micros for order processing and cash handling.
  • Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and making recommendations to enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Upsell menu items to increase sales and improve the overall dining experience.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, including kitchen and dining spaces, adhering to sanitation guidelines.
  • Assist with bussing tables and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately while performing basic math calculations for sales.
