QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred, with culinary experience being a plus.
• Familiarity with POS systems is advantageous but not required; training will be provided.
• Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
• Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations is essential.
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented atmosphere while also being self-motivated.

• Prepare food items according to recipes and restaurant standards while ensuring food safety practices are followed.
• Operate POS systems such as Aloha and Micros for order processing and cash handling.
• Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and making recommendations to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Upsell menu items to increase sales and improve the overall dining experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, including kitchen and dining spaces, adhering to sanitation guidelines.
• Assist with bussing tables and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
• Handle cash transactions accurately while performing basic math calculations for sales.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods in quick service or fast food settings.
