Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and systems-driven Restaurant Systems & R365 Operations Manager to oversee the integrity and performance of our Restaurant365 (R365) database and Toast POS ecosystem across multiple restaurant locations. This role will partner closely with Operations, Finance, and Culinary teams to ensure accurate inventory management, menu costing, labor scheduling alignment, and database structure to support scalable growth. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment and brings strong analytical skills, database discipline, and a passion for operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: R365 Database & Inventory Management Maintain and audit item database, recipes, and menu item links within R365 Oversee inventory structure, count templates, and location mapping Ensure accurate actual vs. theoretical reporting and investigate variances Support COGS integrity through recipe maintenance and vendor item mapping Manage GL and operational mapping tied to inventory and menu items Labor & Scheduling Oversight Review and approve schedules to ensure alignment with labor budgets and SPLH targets Support store leadership with labor reporting, forecasting, and variance analysis Maintain job codes, roles, and labor reporting structure within R365 Toast POS Administration Maintain menu structure, pricing updates, and modifier integrity within Toast Ensure accurate mapping between Toast menu items and R365 recipes/items Support new store openings, menu rollouts, and seasonal updates Troubleshoot POS issues and serve as liaison with Toast support Reporting & Cross-Functional Support Build and maintain operational dashboards and exception reports Partner with Finance on period close, inventory accuracy, and cost analysis Assist Culinary with recipe costing and menu engineering initiatives Support training and SOP development related to systems usage Requirements Qualifications: 2+ years experience with Restaurant365 (R365) in an operations or accounting environment Strong proficiency with Toast POS administration Restaurant or multi-unit hospitality experience strongly preferred Strong analytical and Excel/Google Sheets skills Exceptional attention to detail and database discipline Ability to communicate effectively with operators, chefs, and finance teams Experience supporting new restaurant openings is a plus Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check and other pre-employment screenings.
