Responsibilities

The Restaurant Development Chef will be at the forefront of product development, driving innovation while ensuring operational excellence, through managing everything from tastings and menu launches to sourcing suppliers and setting standards. Every project will be an opportunity to shape the customer experience and push Harrods’ dining offering to new heights.
Collaboration is key, with the Restaurant Development Chef working closely with colleagues across Restaurants, Kitchens, HR, Finance, and Marketing to deliver projects that balance creativity with commercial success across both our UK and international sites. This role will also have a major influence on chef development, overseeing training and mentoring through our Kitchens Academy to build a strong pipeline of future talent and create a culture of learning, innovation, and excellence across the brigade.
