OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant District Manager to oversee multiple locations within our 13 unit restaurant chain. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a proven track record in managing operations, driving sales, implementing strategic initiatives, and coaching/developing team members. This role requires a hands-on approach to ensure that each restaurant meets our high standards of quality, service, and profitability.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven leadership experience in the restaurant industry or related field, with a strong ability to manage teams effectively.
• Demonstrated success in driving sales through strategic planning and execution.
• Strong supervisory skills with experience in coaching and developing staff at various levels.
• Excellent analytical skills with a focus on profit loss management and financial oversight.
• Experience in process improvement methodologies that enhance operational efficiency.
• Exceptional project management skills with a track record of successfully leading initiatives from conception through completion.

• Lead and manage the operations of multiple restaurant locations to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales growth and enhance profitability across all locations.
• Supervise restaurant managers, providing guidance and support to foster a positive work environment and promote team development.
• Monitor financial performance, including profit loss statements, to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
• Oversee process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and streamline workflows.
• Conduct regular site visits to evaluate operations, provide feedback, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Manage project management efforts related to new openings, renovations, or other significant changes within the district.
