We are looking for an experienced restaurant supervisor /duty manager to lead a shift in our bar and restaurant. The following will be required:-

• Manage the Restaurant area, ensuring smooth running of service.
• Good commnication between kitchen and front of house throughout service.
• Deliver professional, friendly service to all guest, at all times.
• Monitor, and manage staff to ensure exceptional front of house service
• Ensure all cleaning and service tasks are completed on shift
• Ensure function set ups and service delivery of functions and meetings are completed to a high standard
• Dealing with complaints in a professional manner
• Close evening service and cash up tills.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £25,000.00-£29,000.00 per year
