What you will be doing: * Diagnose, service, and repair commercial kitchen equipment * Troubleshoot gas, electric, and steam-operated cooking equipment * Inspect and repair gas valves, burners, thermostats, igniters, and safety controls * Perform preventative maintenance on cooking equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation * Service commercial refrigeration equipment and systems that * Service commercial refrigeration equipment including walk-in coolers, freezers, reach-ins, and ice machines * Install, maintain, and repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems * Troubleshoot and repair HVAC and refrigeration equipment * Test lines, components, and connections for leaks * Repair or replace defective equipment, components, or wiring * Communicate with customers to diagnose issues and confirm repairs What you need for this position: * Ability to lift 50lbs, climb a ladder and work in any weather condition * Universal EPA Certification * Valid Driver’s License * Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and on-site drug test * Safely operate and maintain company-provided vehicle * Be available for after-hours service to customers * Provide top-quality customer service * Experience in a commercial HVAC setting, refrigeration equipment, ice machines, HVAC, hot foods, and preventative maintenance. * Must provide own tools such as basic hand tools, gauges, and power tools. * Company Provided Tools: ladders, vacuum pumps, re-claimers, torch and tank for nitrogen, leak detector Interested in joining the team?
