Requirements:

• 1 or more years of fine-dining experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry
• Experience leading a team
• Previous experience in roles such as bartender, cook, food runner, server, etc

• Manage employee performance and development by overseeing training, providing feedback, and creating learning opportunities
• Lead by example serving guests in a courteous, attentive and efficient manner
• Provide an exceptional dining experience, including knowledge of the menu and beverage offerings
