POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Floor Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the dining area, ensuring exceptional guest service, smooth workflow, and compliance with company standards in a Food & Beverage establishment. The role requires strong leadership, customer service skills, and the ability to coordinate with kitchen and service teams to deliver a seamless dining experience.

2. GUEST EXPERIENCE

• Greet and engage with guests to ensure satisfaction.
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly.
• Monitor service quality and maintain high hospitality standards.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory role in F&B or hospitality.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
• Customer-oriented with a passion for service excellence.
• Knowledge of F&B operations, POS systems, and health & safety standards.
