JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Floor Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for providing exceptional hospitality. You will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring food safety standards are met, and delivering an outstanding dining experience to our guests.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant or hospitality setting.
  • Strong culinary skills with experience in food preparation, cooking, and food production.
  • Excellent leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in kitchen management.
  • Previous experience in hospitality or barista roles is advantageous.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
