QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least 1 year previous experience working in the Food Service or Hospitality Industry is preferred but not essential. We will train the right person with enthusiasm!

  • A dynamic personality, energetic and self-confident.
  • Must possess excellent interpersonal communication skills.

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule (i.e. days, evenings, weekends).
Responsibilities
  • Ensure both Food and Service quality meets the high standards set by Papa’s Burgers.
  • Ambassador of the Perfect Guest Experience.
  • Ensure compliance of all standards and procedures relating to provincial workplace safety standards.
  • The successful candidate is expected to demonstrate behaviours that align with our culture of improvement, growth and service excellence.
  • Take customer orders, send them to the kitchen, pack it up and deliver to the customer.
  • Helping prep fresh food, condiments, cooled products.
  • Filling in wherever needed to help keep our customers happy.
