JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsible for maintaining overall cleanliness and hygiene in the restaurant, including dining areas, kitchen, toilets, and back-of-house facilities, in compliance with workplace safety and hygiene standards.

REQUIREMENTS

• No formal qualifications required; training will be provided
• Physically fit and able to perform cleaning and manual handling tasks
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Positive working attitude and willingness to learn
• Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team

• Clean and sanitise dining areas, kitchen areas, toilets, and other facilities
• Wash and store dishes, cookware, and utensils as required
• Sweep, mop, and disinfect floors and work surfaces in all assigned areas
• Remove and dispose of waste and rubbish in a safe and hygienic manner
• Replenish cleaning supplies, toiletries, and consumables when required
• Operate cleaning equipment and use cleaning agents in accordance with safety guidelines
• Report any maintenance or repair needs to the Supervisor
• Follow instructions from the Supervisor or Manager to ensure smooth restaurant operations
• Comply with all workplace safety, health, and hygiene regulations
