NOW HIRING – RESTAURANT GENERAL MANAGER (RGM)

Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for food, customer service, and team development? We are looking for experienced Restaurant General Managers to lead and grow successful quick-service restaurant locations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred)
  • Minimum 2-4 years of restaurant management experience (Quick Service experience is an asset)
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage budgets, inventory, and operational performance
  • Comfortable using computers and point-of-sale systems
  • Valid driver’s license (for bank deposits, travel between locations, or inventory pickups)
  • Able to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Stand and walk for long periods during shifts
  • Lift and move items up to 50 lbs as needed
  • Perform tasks requiring bending, stooping, reaching, and climbing

QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Diplôme d’études secondaires ou équivalent (des études collégiales sont un atout)
  • Minimum 2 à 4 ans d’expérience en gestion de restaurant (expérience en restauration rapide est un plus)
  • Solides compétences en leadership, résolution de problèmes et communication
