We are looking to hire a fantastic GM to join Berberè. If you are an Assistant Manager that is ready to step up for the first time or managing a bar / cafe that is looking to get into restaurants this is the role for you. We are a growing brand with more openings planned in the near future and therefore looking for people to develop and grow with us.
Full-time Salary with share of service charge.
On target earnings for this role are over £44k+ per year + quarterly bonus.

You will be able to:
· Have a passion for food, customers, people and display a huge willingness to learn
· Demonstrate a good working knowledge of food and working in a small brand
· Show you can learn quickly and integrate with our teams fast; we like to think that each branch is a family
· Display high attention to service standards and detail
· Confidently manage Health and Food Safety procedures ensuring that the pizzeria is run safely daily
· Legally work in the UK - Note that you must live in the UK prior to application as we will not issue any visas for this role
