POSITION SUMMARY

The Restaurant General Manager (GM) oversees our restaurant, and you will be held accountable for the restaurant’s financial and operational performance. As a restaurant general manager, you will staff, interview, hire, and train teams, as well as coach, manage, and develop them. You must ensure that the restaurant complies with all local, state, and federal regulations. As a restaurant general manager, you must be able to lead a team and provide excellent customer service. QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in restaurant management and operations
  • Strong staff training and team management skills
  • Expertise in food service management and kitchen oversight
  • Familiarity with POS systems, including Aloha and Micros
  • Background in food preparation and inventory control
  • Experience in casual and fine dining environments
  • Ability to supervise and interview staff effectively
