Responsibilities:
- Oversee All Aspects of Restaurant Service: Lead a team of 140 employees, ensuring smooth daily operations for a 2 level 270-seat restaurant with private dining.
- Deliver Exceptional Hospitality: Build a culture where exceeding guest expectations is the standard, not the exception.
- Lead and Inspire the Team: Foster a positive, high-performance work environment through mentorship, training, and professional development.
- Uphold the Highest Standards: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food quality regulations while maintaining the integrity of Chambar’s brand.
- Utilize Technology Effectively: Oversee POS systems, reservation management, and CRM tools to enhance the guest experience and improve operational insights.
- Drive Business Development: Strengthen relationships with individuals, event organizers, and industry partners to position Chambar as a premier dining destination.
- Recruit and Build a Strong Team: Participate in hiring, onboarding, and ongoing staff development to create a team that embodies Chambar’s commitment to hospitality.
