• Recruiting, training, and leading a team
• Inventory management and ordering
• Budgeting and P&L responsibilities
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards
• Forecasting and scheduling
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
• Basic computer proficiency
• Ability to work evenings and weekends

HIGHLY PREFERRED SKILLS:

• Experience with 3rd party delivery provider systems
• Knowledge of local area marketing and social media promotions
• Comfort with technology and 3rd party applications
• Previous experience in opening new restaurants
• Bar management or craft beer knowledge
