A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an extremely talented, hands on Restaurant Manager to operate one of Elysium Group’s venues, Mimosa Restaurant https://www.mimosa-restaurant.co.uk/ which is located at the prestigious Clifftown Shore development. Mimosa is a high-end opulent 200 cover restaurant with a lounge bar, café area with private function facilities. We are looking for a Restaurant Manager with high exceptionally standards to ensure the F&B offering is delivered at the highest levels consistency.
Owned and operated by Elysium Group which owns a portfolio of bars and restaurants, we are seeking a well organised, hands on, passionate and creative Restaurant Manager to lead a team of 20+ staff.
The successful applicant will have extensive knowledge of large-scale F&B operations. The applicant will be used to working in fast paced operation and have a no-compromise attitude to outstanding service and always shows a willingness to exceed customers’ expectations.
The successful candidate must have a strong financial understanding, excellent managerial skills and be a strong team player, with a constant desire to recruit, train and nurture the team at Mimosa Restaurant.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
