The purpose of this position is to manage the operations of Winningham Court and Market Place Café. This position is responsible for maintaining the quality of customer service guidelines as set forth by the Bishop Gadsden Community. Previous fine dining experience preferred Proven experience in hospitality or food service management Strong organizational and leadership skills A calm, composed presence—even during busy moments A genuine passion for hospitality and culinary excellence Ability to adapt to the physical demands of the role, including bending, kneeling, climbing, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
