Description JOB SUMMARY Luna by Giada is seeking an experienced and passionate General Manager to lead one of Scottsdale’s most exciting Italian fine dining destinations. This role is responsible for delivering an elevated, high-energy guest experience while leading a team that reflects excellence, authenticity, and heart. The General Manager sets the tone for service, culture, and performance while bringing Giada’s culinary vision to life and aligning with HCW Hospitality’s commitment to incredible experiences. WHAT YOU'LL DO Lead all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional service, food quality, and atmosphere at every touchpoint Champion a guest-first culture that consistently delivers memorable, personalized dining experiences Recruit, train, coach, and inspire a high-performing leadership team and front-line staff Maintain Giada De Laurentiis’ brand standards while embracing the local, lifestyle-driven energy of Caesars Republic Oversee financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, labor management, and cost controls Collaborate closely with culinary leadership to ensure seamless execution of menus, events, and special experiences Maintain strong relationships with Caesars partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations Analyze performance metrics and guest feedback to continuously elevate service and operations Lead by example, remaining present on the floor, engaged with guests, and hands-on with the team Take on additional duties as assigned by management to support the smooth operation of the restaurant WHAT YOU BRING At least 5 years of progressive hospitality leadership experience, preferably in upscale or fine dining environments Proven ability to lead large, diverse teams in a fast-paced, high-volume setting Strong financial acumen with experience managing P&Ls, labor, and operating costs A passion for food, wine, and hospitality, with Italian cuisine experience preferred Exceptional communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills A calm, confident leadership presence with the ability to solve problems in real time Commitment to creating a positive, inclusive culture rooted in accountability and respect Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by restaurant operations JOIN HCW HOSPITALITY At HCW Hospitality, we create incredible experiences for every guest, every time.
