Our client, a well-established high-end restaurant in beautiful Miami, offers an elevated take on modern Italian cuisine in an artistic setting and is seeking the talents of an experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead the operations of this acclaimed venue.
You will oversee the daily operation of the restaurant, ensuring that the team delivers on guests’ high expectations for exceptional service and culinary excellence. The Restaurant General Manager will be responsible for leading the Front of House team while working closely with the kitchen to guarantee a seamless and memorable dining experience.
This role demands a young, high-energy, dynamic individual who is familiar with all aspects of restaurant operations—someone who can keep the team on their toes and consistently drive outstanding service. You must be deeply engaged in service, acting as a visible and inspiring leader on the floor, not just behind the scenes.
Your leadership, industry knowledge, and ability to foster strong relationships will be key in motivating your team and creating an outstanding guest experience. The ideal candidate is passionate, hands-on, and thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing a high-end restaurant.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop and mentor a team.
  • Familiar with all aspects of restaurant operations (FOH/BOH).
  • Skilled in implementing SOPs and staff development plans tailored to the business’s needs.
  • A guest-first mindset with the ability to build rapport with regular and loyal customers.
