O-Ku Tampa Located on the ground floor of the celebrated Bayshore Gardens renovation, O-Ku will welcome guests with warm hospitality and authentic Japanese cuisine. O-Ku celebrates unique ingredients, traditional techniques, and sophisticated presentations through an approachable menu featuring sushi, sashimi, and nigiri alongside savory dishes. We're looking for someone who: Has 5+ years of experience leading high-volume restaurants. Is passionate about food and beverage, with a keen eye for quality and a commitment to sourcing the best local ingredients. Excels at building and developing teams, fostering a positive and supportive work environment. Is a strong communicator and problem-solver, capable of navigating challenges and driving results.
