JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant General Manager to oversee daily operations at our upcoming 200 seat + patio BBQ Joint. We are a top BBQ Brand in Calgary, with a Fire Masters Finalist Chef. Featuring again on the Food Network this coming year (shhh, can’t tell on what VERY popular show!). We LOVE our customers and are PASSIONATE about what we do. We have an amazing dedicated team that we have crafted with our strong values and love of good people. No drama work environment. We have a unique approach to team wages with a hybrid self service model that allows tip revenue to spread out more to the entire team - allowing for a more live-able wage to all. Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food industry, with expertise in managing BOTH quick service and bar / pub establishments. This role requires exceptional leadership skills, a next level attention to Customer Southern Hospitality, and the ability to drive operational excellence while ensuring compliance with food safety standards.
