We are seeking a passionate, experienced, and entrepreneurial Restaurant General Manager to lead this exciting launch and oversee ongoing operations. You’ll take charge of shaping the guest experience, leading a top-tier team, and creating a service culture that turns first-time diners into loyal regulars. This is your restaurant to run, and your opportunity to shine. Responsibilities Operations Management: Oversee daily operations of all F&B outlets, including restaurants, bars, and room service. Customer Service: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by maintaining service quality standards and resolving any customer issues promptly and effectively. Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise F&B staff. Schedule shifts and manage employee performance. Financial Management: Monitor financial performance, including budgets, cost control, and revenue generation. Implement strategies to achieve financial targets. Inventory Management: Oversee inventory control, ordering supplies, and maintaining stock levels. Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe environment for guests and staff. Qualifications Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a hotel environment. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Financial acumen with experience in budget management and cost control. Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to food and beverage service. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Compensation: $65k - $85k annually based on qualifications and experience.
