About the Job:An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Restaurant General Manager to join the pre-opening team of our new concept.

• The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:Manage day-to-day restaurant operations, providing guidance, encouraging teamwork, and ensuring smooth flow of operations.
• Develop and present the annual business plan, revenue targets, and expense budgets for review with the Director of F&B.
• Monitor customer satisfaction, respond to feedback and complaints, and ensure positive image preservation.
• Monitor progress against the business plan, forecast, and initiate corrective actions to achieve financial and business targets.
• Maintain high service standards, food quality, and presentation to meet guest expectations.
• Develop and implement marketing, advertising, and public relations programs to attract patrons.

• About You:The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in relevant role within the international luxury hospitality industry, 3 years of which in managerial position.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams while fostering a culture of service excellence.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, revenue generation, and cost control.
• Excellent guest engagement and relationship management skills with a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.
