REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience: Ideally, candidates will have prior experience in the hospitality industry, particularly in a leadership role.
• Skills: Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and interact positively with customers.
• Availability: Flexibility to work a combination of shifts, including weekends and evenings.
• Personality: A positive attitude, willingness to learn, flexibility, and a good sense of humour are essential.

• Ensure compliance with UK food safety, health & safety, and employment laws.
• Keep up to date with licensing laws, including alcohol service regulations.
• Maintain accurate records for inspections and audits.
• Ensure risk assessments are conducted and necessary measures are in place to ensure a safe working environment.
• Ensure smooth service flow and quick resolution of any operational issues.
• Monitor and maintain restaurant cleanliness, ambiance, and overall presentation.
• Implement and maintain health and safety regulations, food hygiene, and licensing laws in compliance with UK regulations.
• Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve efficiency and consistency.
