JOB SUMMARY

Oren’s Hummus is seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant General Manager (or Senior Assistant Manager) to oversee the daily operations at our Mountain View restaurant.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for people (Team and Guests) , driven for operational excellence, and a commitment to delivering a high level of hospitality.

Experience: this is not an entry level role (we have those too). Here’s what we look for:

• Tenure in position. No more than 2 jobs in the last 5 years. If you have more than that, send a background on your path because we understand things happen.
• 3+ years experience as a General Manager in a full-service, upscale concept. We will consider senior Assistant Managers with 5+ years experience.
• 7+ years of restaurant experience overall.
• Strong beer and wine knowledge.
• Lives and breathes hospitality and elevated service.
• Lives locally (45m commute max).
