Pinkbox Doughnuts is opening a fast-paced, high-volume location in American Fork and we need an experienced, results-driven General Manager who can hit the ground running. This shop will operate with 30+ team members, tight brand standards, and full P&L accountability. We need a proven leader who can run a high-energy operation, build a strong team, and deliver consistent financial results. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR Experience Requirements 3.5–5+ years of General Manager experience REQUIRED Has led teams of 25–40+ in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant environment Strong background in labor management, cost controls, and financial accountability Experience maintaining brand standards and operational consistency Successful track record of driving revenue, controlling costs, and improving KPIs New store opening experience a plus Skills & Leadership Qualities Runs the shop with ownership mentality — accountable for results Strong communicator who sets expectations clearly and follows up Builds a positive, high-performance culture while holding people accountable Thrives under pressure — high volume is where they perform best Fast, organized, decisive, and always “on the floor” leading from the front Can develop an AGM/shift leader bench and reduce turnover through leadership CORE RESPONSIBILITIES Operational Leadership Oversee all daily shop operations and ensure flawless execution Maintain Pinkbox brand standards, product quality, and “Showtime Readiness” Manage scheduling, deployment, breaks, and staffing levels for a 30+ person team Lead opening/closing procedures, cash controls, inventory accuracy, and sanitation Team Building & Development Recruit, hire, train, and develop high-performing team members Coach employees and leaders for consistent performance and service standards Create a fun, energetic, Pinkbox-branded culture that motivates and retains talent Financial Management Full P&L ownership — labor, COGS, controllables, waste, and profitability Hit weekly/monthly KPI targets and drive continuous improvement Conduct weekly P&L reviews and implement action plans Ensure cost controls are executed daily, not just “talked about” Brand & Guest Experience Deliver exceptional guest service with visibility and urgency Resolve guest issues quickly and professionally Ensure the shop is always running at Pinkbox speed, energy, and quality WHY JOIN PINKBOX?
