Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer service and satisfaction Monitor inventory levels and manage ordering to minimize waste Prepare financial reports and manage budgets to achieve profitability Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and employee engagement Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints effectively Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures at all times Requirements Proven experience as a Restaurant General Manager or similar role in the QSR industry Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks Understanding of financial management and budgeting Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the restaurant industry Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred
