Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Manage inventory control, including ordering, receiving, and stocking supplies.
  • Train and develop staff in food preparation techniques, customer service standards, and operational procedures.
  • Implement effective cash handling procedures and manage POS systems (Aloha POS, Micros POS).
  • Supervise kitchen management and food production processes to maintain quality standards.
  • Conduct interviews and hire new staff members to build a strong team.
  • Create schedules for shift management to ensure adequate staffing levels during peak hours.
  • Monitor financial performance through budgeting and cost control measures.
  • Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration among staff.
