Description

An internationally recognized restaurant brand is making its debut in Edmonton—and we’re looking for a General Manager to lead the charge at this flagship location. Set within a major entertainment complex in west Edmonton, this is a rare opportunity to bring a world-class concept to life in a high-energy, high-volume environment. We’re seeking a seasoned hospitality professional with a passion for service, a sharp eye for detail, and the leadership strength to build and inspire a top-tier team. If you thrive under pressure, take pride in creating unforgettable guest experiences, and know how to run a tight ship, this is the role for you. As General Manager, you’ll oversee all aspects of the restaurant’s operations—from team development to service execution to financial performance. You’ll play a key role in translating a globally recognized brand into a uniquely local success story, delivering an exceptional experience at every table, every shift.

DESCRIPTION

  • Oversee daily operations for both FOH and BOH teams, ensuring service and food quality meet brand standards
  • Hire, train, and lead a passionate, high-performing team committed to excellence
  • Implement and uphold systems, procedures, and service standards to ensure consistent execution
  • Manage scheduling, inventory, cost controls, and full P&L accountability
  • Work closely with executive leadership and support teams on brand initiatives, promotions, and events
  • Foster a strong, supportive team culture built on accountability, communication, and shared success
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and employment regulations

REQUIREMENTS

  • 5+ years of restaurant leadership experience, ideally in a high-volume or premium casual setting
  • Proven track record managing full-service operations with large teams
  • Experience with new openings, luxury concepts, or globally branded operations is a strong asset
  • Strong leadership presence, with the ability to inspire confidence and keep calm under pressure
  • Financial fluency—comfortable with budgeting, forecasting, and cost management
  • A guest-first mindset and a genuine love for hospitality
