Job Title: Restaurant General Manager - New opening Cuban Restaurant and NIghtlife concept.
Location: St.Thomas United States Virgin Islands, NO passport required for US nationals.

ABOUT THE POSITION

We are seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead the pre-opening and daily operations of a vibrant new Cuban concept. The venue will be located in a prime waterfront location in Red Hook Hiil, St.Thomas
This is a high-impact leadership role reporting directly to the group’s Director of F&B Operations and CEO. The General Manager will be instrumental in launching and operating the day to day operations of the restaurant with a strong focus on guest experience.

• Leading the pre-opening process
• Developing SOPs, operational workflows, and service standards
• Hiring, onboarding, and training all FOH and BOH team members
• Setting policies, procedures, and venue-specific protocols
• Coordinating with vendors, contractors, and group departments
• Full P&L accountability, budgeting, and financial reporting
• Staff scheduling, development, and performance management
