Requirements What You’ll Do: Lead and inspire a team to deliver top-notch service and food quality Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and excellence Train, develop, and hold staff accountable in a fast-paced environment Monitor financial performance, including P&Ls, sales reports, and inventory Maintain high-quality standards, guest satisfaction, and operational excellence What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in restaurant management or a leadership role Strong ability to motivate, train, and develop team members Experience analyzing financial statements and performance data Ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage time efficiently Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Knowledge of inventory management and labor scheduling preferred
