As a Restaurant General Manager, you’ll lead the way in delivering exceptional guest experiences. This position reports to the Operations Manager and plays a key role in ensuring a seamless and enjoyable dining experience for travelers.

• Overseeing full-service and/or quick-service restaurant operations at Kelowna (YLW) Airport.

• Managing and developing a high-performing team through effective training and coaching.

• Ensuring outstanding hospitality, sanitation, safety, and adherence to all company policies.
• Driving operational excellence by managing food and labor costs, maintaining shared P&L accountability, and running efficient shifts.
