Qualifications •    Minimum 3–5 years of F&B leadership experience in a resort, hotel, or upscale restaurant environment. •    Proven success managing multiple outlets or high-volume operations. •    Strong financial acumen with demonstrated experience in labor, inventory, and cost control management. •    Proficiency in Micros POS and payroll/timekeeping systems. •    Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop diverse teams. •    Flexibility to work varying schedules, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. •    Passion for wellness, sustainability, and creating meaningful guest experiences.
