The RoleAs General Manager, you will have full responsibility for the day-to-day operation and performance of Wright & Sons, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, operational excellence, and commercial success across the Restaurant, Café and Deli.You will be a hands-on leader who thrives in a busy hospitality environment, inspires teams to perform at their best, and is passionate about creating exceptional experiences for every guest.

• What You'll LeadVenue OperationsOversee the daily running of the Restaurant, Café and Deli.
• Ensure exceptional service standards and operational efficiency.
• Drive consistency in food quality, presentation, and guest experience.
• People LeadershipRecruit, develop, coach, and inspire a high-performing team.
• Foster a positive culture built on teamwork, accountability, and excellence.
• Support employee engagement, development, and retention.
• Financial PerformanceManage labour costs, stock control, purchasing, and margins.
• Deliver weekly, monthly, and annual financial targets.
• Analyse business performance and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Guest ExperienceCreate a welcoming and memorable experience for every guest.
• Actively engage with customers and respond effectively to feedback.
• Champion a culture of hospitality throughout the business.
• Compliance & SafetyMaintain the highest standards of food safety, health & safety, and licensing compliance.
• Ensure all policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements are adhered to.
• Marketing & Community EngagementSupport seasonal campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
• Build strong relationships within the local community and Kildare Village.
• Uphold and strengthen the Wright & Sons brand presence.

• What You'll BringProven experience as a General Manager or senior hospitality leader.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
• Experience managing high-volume hospitality operations.
• Commercial awareness with a solid understanding of labour planning, stock control, and financial performance.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• A passion for food, hospitality, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• A hands-on, proactive approach to leadership.
