Description Windham Mountain Club is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead one of our dining outlets. Pay: 85-105K per year Job Duties: The list below best represents many of the tasks you will be asked to perform at some time during your employment at Windham Mountain Club. Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure profitability and high service standards Lead, coach, and schedule staff; manage hiring and performance Partner closely with the Chef to ensure smooth operations Deliver exceptional guest experiences and resolve concerns professionally Monitor labor, payroll accuracy, inventory, and cost controls Maintain health, safety, and cleanliness standards Track financial performance, including P&L and sales trends Conduct team trainings, meetings, and daily briefings Requirements Qualifications: Strong leadership, communication, and guest service skills Organized, self-motivated, and able to make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment Comfortable in high-volume, high-energy settings Basic computer proficiency (Excel, Outlook); TIPS certification required Physical Requirements: Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs Schedule: Availability for weekends, holidays, and occasional extended hours
