Join our Team Four Seasons Hotel Istanbul at the Bosphorus is seeking a polished, service-driven, and detail-oriented Restaurant Greeter to join our Food & Beverage team. In this guest-facing role, you will be responsible for creating a warm first and last impression, managing reservations efficiently, and ensuring each dining experience reflects the exceptional service standards of Four Seasons. What you will do: Manage and maintain the reservation system accurately, including special requests and VIP arrangements. Welcome and farewell guests in a friendly, professional, and personalized manner. Escort guests to tables, present menus, and introduce dining experiences. Coordinate closely with Restaurant Management and the kitchen regarding reservations, guest preferences, and special occasions. Monitor in-house and arrival guest lists and follow up on VIP guests. Handle guest feedback, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally. Ensure menus are clean, presentable, and updated when required. Support cloakroom services and assist with lost-and-found items. Maintain effective communication with all departments to ensure seamless service flow. Attend required meetings and support operational tasks assigned by management. Demonstrate and uphold Four Seasons service standards at all times. What you bring: Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality or restaurant operations. High school diploma or equivalent professional experience. Strong Food & Beverage product knowledge. Excellent organizational and communication skills with both guests and colleagues. Good command of English (spoken and written). Proficiency in MS Office and reservation systems. Neat handwriting and attention to detail. Ability to remain composed, attentive, and discreet while maintaining a warm presence.
