  We are currently seeking a Restaurant Host to join our Food & Beverage team. Under the direction of the Manager, Revenue Outlets Operations and Services, F&B, the incumbent will greet guests and show them to the dining room promptly in order to provide efficient and attentive service. They will schedule dining reservations as required.

• Greets customers to the restaurant and seats accordingly. Assists customers with their coats and bids farewell to guests as they are leaving.
• Books reservations and responds to inquiries regarding menu and general restaurant operation.
• Responds to customer comments and complaints; determines nature of complaint and refers to supervisor as required.
• Prepares restaurant for opening and/or closing; make sure cleanliness and order; rearranges tables as required.
