Overview:
It is the responsibility of the Host/Hostess to greet guests as the enter the outlet, take reservations if needed, show the guest to their table and provide menus. This position must also exhibit a high level of professional and personalized guest service that embodies the Company’s brand standard and core values. Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Greet guests in a friendly manner
  • Seat guests and provide menus
  • Answering phone calls, take reservations as needed, answer guests’ questions.
  • Knowledge of menu items.
  • Attends pre-shift meetings.
  • Maintains uniform appearance according to established guidelines.
  • Welcomes guests, removes extra set-ups, and serves water to guests.
  • Assists Food Server as needed.
  • Assists with maintaining a neat, clean, and safe working environment.
  • Turns-over/Takes-over station according to established procedure.
  • Assist with to-go orders.
  • Assist with sorting, polishing and rolling up silverware.
    Completes special projects as requested by Food & Beverage management
