Requirements Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills. Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. Strong work ethic and positive attitude. High school diploma or equivalent required. High-volume and/or fine dining experience preferred. Current New Mexico Food Handler Certification required. Availability to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed
