Company Description We are looking for a Restaurant Host to join our TRIBE as we launch our first TRIBE Hotel into the London market in the summer of 2022. Conceived for a new type of traveller, it’s all about the mix. Unapologetic modern designed hotels that confidently mix n’ match mainstream style with bespoke eye catching and iconic pieces. We are looking for someone who’s curious, caring and conscious attitude will play a crucial part to the successful opening of TRIBE and in curating the TRIBE experience, which is defined through its authenticity and obsession in making sure everything is as seamless and functional as possible to make life that bit easier. Job Description What you’ll do… Maintain a positive and friendly attitude at all times, even when working to achieve solutions to challenges. You will be responsible for managing reservations and table allocations during the day. Greet guests and seating guests to allocate tables and bidding them farewell on departure all to ensure our guests receives nothing but the best experience. Ensure the accuracy of data in all systems and provides the necessary daily reservation details for all departments as per our standard operating procedures. Maintain observation over guests and guest’s property to ensure security alerts are kept to a minimum. Collaborate with all other teams in the hotel, and all outsourced business partners to ensure the utmost satisfaction for our guests.
