REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant environment is a must.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage positively with guests and team members alike.
  • Excellent phone etiquette, ensuring clear and courteous interactions over the phone.
  • A genuine desire to help others, demonstrating a proactive approach to guest services.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Flexibility in working hours, including evenings and weekends as required by the business needs.
